- Patrick Johnston Lay submission category is now closed
- Late Breaking Abstracts submitted to the Biomedical Sessions will be considered for Display Poster Presentation. 

Social Nursing and Allied Health (SNAH) Abstracts

Deadline: Midnight, Monday, 9th January 2023

SNAH abstract submissions will remain open until Monday 9th January.

€150 Double / Twin Occupancy Bed & Breakfast

These discounted rates apply to all IACR attendees. Please ensure to mention IACR when booking.

All unbooked rooms will be released 4 weeks prior to conference.

We would strongly advise that you book your accommodation as the uptake on rooms is always very high.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is 2 full days prior to arrival; late cancellations or failure to arrive as booked would result in a late cancellation fee equal to the first night’s rate per room reserved.

Check-in time is from 4.00 p.m. onwards

Check-out time is before 12 noon

Individual cancellations

*Once all rooms are named, the individual room cancellation is as follows: our cancellation policy is 48 hours before the date of arrival, any cancellations occur within the 48 hours will be charged the 1st nights accommodation rate, the cancellation fee will be applied to whatever method of payment was used to guarantee the booking.
