All unbooked rooms will be released 4 weeks prior to conference. We would strongly advise that you book your accommodation as the uptake on rooms is always very high

Check-in time is from 4.00 p.m. onwards
Check-out time is before 12 noon

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 2 full days prior to arrival; late cancellations or failure to arrive as booked would result in a late cancellation fee equal to the first night’s rate per room reserved.

Once all rooms are named, the individual room cancellation is as follows: our cancellation policy is 48 hours before the date of arrival, any cancellations occur within the 48 hours will be charged the 1st nights accommodation rate, the cancellation fee will be applied to whatever method of payment was used to guarantee the booking.
